Where's the OzMiniBar 2003?

OzMiniBar 2004 is a small yet powerful program utility. It displays vital information like the battery and memory state of your Pocket PC. It can also act as a program launcher, running programs manager, and provides quick access to the various settings applet.

This Skin & Today Background file doesn't include OzMiniBar 2003. Please download OzMiniBar 2003(v3.5) or later and install it.
