With drawings under this title we start ShortCAD Complex Drawing Collection that will make possible to test ShortCAD on the edge of the rendering and computation performance. Each of the drawings that listed here was imported with ShortCAD Dxf functions (which are under development and not released yet). By each of ShortDWG files here you will find original DXF file from other sites. Feel free to compare ShortCAD output with your corresponding DXFs in your favorite professional CAD programs. We will appreciate any information regarding rendering mismatches, performance reports or anything else. Note: Due to large amount of rendering data, ShortCAD may hang for minutes on slow platforms. Please, be patient, these demo files were intentionally selected to make stress tests and ShortCAD overload. ShortCAD provides drawing by means of the following graphic entities: - Straight lines

- Circles
- Arcs
- Ellipses and Elliptical arcs

- Inserted Blocks

Additional tools of ShortCAD allow to create the following drawing elements: - Free lined figures

ShortCAD allows modification of drawing elements by means of: - Moving
- Scaling
- Rotating
- Changing line type, color, width, text style, layer etc.
- Erasing
- Setting insertion base point
ShortCAD is capable to render very complex drawings created with desktop CAD systems. Even though, the rendering latencies that occur when using slow Pocket PC platforms, ShortCAD is capable to add changes to the most complex drawings almost as fast as it goes with completely empty drawings. Update Description: v2009.04.26.1:
- Now ShortCAD provides explicit way to get the built-in helps.
- Now ShortCAD gives you a possibility to create and manage the Libraries of Drawing Symbols.
- Donut object was introduced to ShortCAD.
- Getting help at any moment. Now ShortCAD provides explicit way to get the built-in helps through menus.
- Executing a command of ShortCAD, you can invoke the Context help which explains how to use the Command. Just tap the menu [Options]->[This is...].
- As well, the help is available when you have launched a dialog of ShortCAD.
- The traditional way of invoking help is still available.
- Now ShortCAD gives you a possibility to create and manage the Libraries of Drawing Symbols. You can Save your drawings to a Library and then you can insert the Symbols. ShortCAD gives you a way to Edit the Symbols as well.
- You can keep many, thematic Library Catalogues each of them can store many Symbol Libraries. ShortCAD gives efficient way to Browse the Libraries, Rename or Delete Symbols.
- Now ShortCAD gives you a possibility to create "Donut" objects. A corresponding button appeared in Command Palette.
