WeightCalc for PocketPC is a simple tool to measure your weight based on some body measurements.
You will find different calculations, such as the Body Mass Index (BMI) that provide guidelines for your nutrition and sport training.
WeightCalc calculates:
- Body mass index, a measure of your weight vs. your height. The result can be interpreted as follows:
... Underweight: < 19.1 (Women) < 20.7 (Men)
... Healthy: 19.1 - 25.7 (Women) 20.7 - 26.3 (Men)
... Overweight: 25.8 - 32.3 (Women) 26.4 - 31.1 (Men)
... Obese: >32.3 (Women) >31.1 (Men)
- Lean body mass (the mass of your body without fat), taking into account:

... Waist
... Wrist circumference (women only)
... Hip circumference (women only)
... Forearm circumference (women only)
- Body fat percentage (how much fat you carry).
- Ideal weight based on your height.
