Info/description:
G-Trigger is a G-Sensor based ^shake^ detector application. It allows to start an application on shaking your Touch Diamond in particular direction. Currently it is in very rough development phase, so please bare the bugs. Currently supported shaking directions: * Horizontally
o Left to right
o Right to left
* Vertically
o Top to bottom
o Bottom to top
* Front & Back
o Front to back
o Back to front
i.e. through this application you can specify the program that will start when phone is forcibly moved from left to right or moved as above mentioned directions. It will trigger the specified action when phone is forcibly moved from left to right or moved as above mentioned directions. Currently supported actions: * Dial a number
* Answer/Reject incoming call
* Launch Program
* Turn ON/OFF screen
* Send Keys*
* Close/Minimize active window
*Please refer to readme.txt for sending special keys.
You can now add exceptions too. G-TriggerService will be suspended till the program specified in exceptions list is active. Known Issues: (Working on it) * Service does not start automatically on device boot up on Touch HD
* Service crashes when device goes to sleep mode and revokes again on Samsung Omnia
Further development: * Display shake motion detected direction like OSD
* Add more actions like "Profile-Volume", "Wifi/Bluetooth On/Off", etc on shaking
* Check for predefined criteria before invoking action (e.g. perform action if specified window is in foreground)
* Make settings tool resolution independent
It is developed for HTC Touch Diamond. I have not tested it on any other device. Let me know if you try it on other device. Usage: * Transfer .cab file to any location in device.
* Run the .cab file and install application to device storage.
* Run the "G-Trigger" shortcut from programs.
* Configure applications at "Shake Action" tab and click "Start" button to start the service.
* Shake your phone and enjoy!
