Info/description:
| Sometimes my Nikki (HTC Touch Dual) gets annoying: "Storage space too low. Please delete some junk files, if only you have the slightest idea where they are". Based on my experience, usually they're in "\My Documents", since Microsoft assumed everything I save must go there. Ringtones, pictures, files that came through bluetooth, everything goes in there. As if that was not enough, some applications find it useful to produce logs for every action they perform. Could you imagine an alarm application generating a >2MB worth of detailed log info? Enough bashing, sometimes it's just the user's fault (me): I copy some files and forget where they are, so... good luck finding and deleting them. Long story short, I came up with a little tool that, for a given path, finds out folder sizes by recursively going through all subfolders. So now, every time "my little black precious" shouts at me that it lacks storage space, I fire up this little tool, find out who are the culprits and delete them. MTreeSize scans recursively and finds out folder sizes. If you are regularly going out of free space this little app may help you find folders with large sizes. Features: - Folder tree, sorted by size. Folders with red icon have been excluded from scanning. - File list, sorted by size. You can delete the files, supports multiple selection. - Screen showing drive sizes and used/free space. - You can exclude some folders from scanning, \Windows alone has about 3000 files and takes forever to scan.
Update Description: v0.6b23: - (Hopefully) fixed the bug reported by stylez and db77 (xda-developers users). v0.6b21: - Changed drive icons due to possible licensing issues; switched to Crystal Project icons. - (Hopefully) fixed a bug reported by user stylez on xda-developers thread. v0.6: - Added "Info" screen, showing drives (their sizes and used/free space). - Some UI tweaks.
