- TrayLaunch update: user can specify a delay to wait for the storage card to be ready after a soft reset, this can be used to prevent generic icons issues when TrayLaunch tried to retrive icons too quickly

- Merged all the input methods dlls PHMCBSIP.dll, PHMCMSIP.dll, PHMEKSIP.dll into a single smaller and more efficient one PHMPTSIP.dll

- Updated Screensaver, better support for some DPMS implementations

- Added TrayLaunch, allows to add icons to the Today screen notification area

- Updated several existing tools, including My Documents, AutoPlay, Alt-F4 and Alt-Tab.

- Databases applet can Empty databases, leaving the structure intact (works to clear all Contacts and such).
