Well, the creative team behind the new ShiftRadio Entertainment Inc. says "No" You don't have to join these services to compete in the marketplace. ShiftRadio provides a Private-Label Broadband Subscription Service pre-packed with the exclusive daily content and Social Networking Features that internet savvy users demand in today's online marketplace. Publishers can deliver premium broadband content to subscribers, students, tenants, residents, or club members as a premium upgrade or premium addition to any existing free membership group or paid subscription service or start a completely new subscription service.
The sign-up for new publishers is a very modest $248 and $99 a month. Publishers who require full branding and custom features can order a pro version for around $999.
The ShiftRadio Private-Label Subscription Service is delivered through a PC/Mac based Media Center with built-in access for Windows Mobile. It enables publishers to offer a branded PC and Windows Mobile Application package where they can manage and stream digital music and videos to any internet connected PC running the latest Windows XP or Vista, home stereo set, hardware jukebox device or capable Sony Playstation Portable, Zune, Xbox360, GP2X, PS3, Mobile Phone, Pocket PC, PDA or smartphone. ShiftRadio provides premium content for the service through partnerships with CinemaNow, Gamefly, Guba, Movielink and many others.
With ShiftRadio, publishers are able to use a basic windows PC and any web enabled mobile phone to setup and run the service. ShiftRadio makes it easy for users to get on and get started with low barrier to entry. The only thing publishers have to do is give it to the users and get paid.
