MobiForm Wizard Eases App Creation |

MobiForms, a rapid application development tool for creating Java-based mobile database applications, now includes a new Development Wizard for the Pocket PC, Windows CE, and Windows Mobile platforms.
With the Deployment Wizard a user can manage the development of a mobile application from design right through to deployment on to a mobile device without having to worry about manually configuring complicated files, according to the company that makes the software, also called MobiForms.
New features also include SMTP email commands so that a mobile application can send emails directly from a button, and improved support for the Mysaifu and IBM J9 Java environments.
In addition to supporting Pocket PC, Windows CE and Windows Mobile, MobiForms, which features a drag and drop interface, MobiForms supports the Tablet PC, EPOC, Symbian and Palm platforms. The company says you do not need to know a single line of Java to develop professional applications for asset collection, field service, inspection, market research, site surveys, stock control or workshop repair.
