Buhta release software for better customer service |
|
The St. Petersburg Buhta company has released the BUHta QB solution, which is believed to solve the problem of queues and customer services. It is based on the company’s own BUHta technology OS, it functions through wireless Wi-Fi technologies and mobile devices on data collection and processing.
The software allows the shop assistant to make sales and order the required goods from the storeroom right in the salesroom. The system will present full information on the product’s technical characteristics, and whether the product is present in the shop’s storeroom and in other storerooms of the shop chain. This allows the salesman to efficiently consult clients on the product.
The equipment and software required for the BUHta QB system’s operation comprise mobile terminals on data collection or a pocket PC, special order cards with order bar code on them, Wi-Fi network equipment, relevant software – the server and the client part of the system, and connection to the central data base and FrontOffice.
Currently a solution is developed particularly for home appliances shop chains. The solution can also be used in hypermarkets, big and medium supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and other retail companies with more than three cash desks and a large number of customers.
