Manage Personal Fitness with MySportTraining |

An updated version of VidaOne's MySportTraining ($29.95) is now available for Pocket PC. You can use the software to log your workouts and set long-term goals for fitness.
If you're looking for the right exercise to tone your gluts or pump your biceps, you can click on an anatomy chart to find the right exercise for each muscle group. The software will also help you to track your workouts.
Among the available fields are: duration, personal ratings, heart rate data, route, distance, pace, ascent, intervals, location, warm-up, cool-down, exercises, calorie/kJ intake, weight, body fat, mood, sleep, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and body measurements.
It can also calculate the calories/kJ and fat you burn during each workout. The month view, which shows all your workouts at-a-glance, is especially rewarding?or motivating if you've been slacking off.
