If you're a big fan of the EverNote application, which is a competitor to Microsoft's One Note, for the Tablet PC platform, there is now a Windows Mobile version of EverNote. The Windows Mobile version works on WM 5 and 6 on the Smartphone/Standard and the Pocket PC/Professional/Classic platforms.
The public beta preview of EverNote could be downloaded here.
According to Mobility Today, the Windows Mobile version will have a richer interface as you can capture images through audio recordings, your phone's camera, and handwritten notes. There is a limitation, however, as this version doesn't allow for clipping and the synchronization isn't automatic, meaning you'll have to manually copy your files over via ActiveSync. You can read through the known problems here.
This software will definitely come in handy for those who want to capture and organize their notes more thoughtfully. It could be seen as a direct competitor to PhatWare's software called PhatNotes, which is now up to version 5.
