In a move designed to enhance its mobile wireless expansion on a global basis, Textechnologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TXTG) has appointed John Maier as Chief Executive Officer of the company and Robert J. Wagner as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The move was announced today by Peter Maddocks, Chairman of The Board of Textechnologies. Mr. Maier and Mr. Wagner held similar positions at Textechnologies wholly owned subsidiary, iMAN, Inc., which was recently named "best mobile data solutions company" by marketing powerhouse TOPKAT Group. Maier and Wagner will continue to oversee the operations of iMAN. "Both men have been great successes in their own right as well as for iMAN, and now they bring their expertise and experience to our management level," according to Maddocks.

John Maier is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of iMAN, Inc., an interoperable wireless data platform with patents pending for mobile handheld devices like cell phones, PDAs and Pocket PCs. Mr. Maier founded iMAN with the low-cost cell phone in mind, but has since built the platform to work with higher end phones like the Blackberry, Treo, Pocket PC, and other smart phones. Mr. Maier has over 10 years of mobile wireless experience. Prior to creating iMAN in 2002, Mr. Maier held various positions with Sprint PCS beginning in 1996, including Regional Marketing Manager, Advertising Manager, and Competitive Analysis Manager. At Sprint, Maier received multiple Sprint Excellence Awards for outstanding service and led a 23 state marketing management team in understanding new products, pricing and promotions, and served as field leader for launching Sprint's 3G wireless data service nationwide.

Robert J. Wagner has worked with iMAN since 2003, and most recently served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and a Director of iMAN where he has been responsible for strategic and corporate planning. In his position, Wagner assisted in the market development of iMAN, Inc.'s global wireless messaging platform providing a bridge between the marketplace and iMAN's IT department, and negotiated on behalf of iMAN various reseller agreements to provide a rapid entry into the market. Wagner also completed multiple avenues of funding to provide growth capital for iMAN to reach the goals of the company and the needs of the customer. Prior to joining iMAN, Inc., Mr. Wagner served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AEI Environmental, Inc., a fully reporting public company that which was a synergistic marketing approach for a number of environmental technologies for the agricultural and industrial marketplace.

Upon the acceptance of the current LOI between Textechnologies and Innofone.com (PINKSHEETS: IMEN) by Innofone's Shareholders, Alex Lightman will join John Maier and Robert Wagner as a Director of Textechnologies, Inc. Mr. Lightman will also remain the Chairman and CEO of Innofone.com to ensure a successful integration of its technologies with those of iMAN, Inc.
