Allen County, Indiana has selected Accela Automation® from Accela, Inc. to support its goals to implement comprehensive improvements in its planning, permitting, licensing, and inspection enforcement processes.
The County's Health, Safety & Environmental, Planning Services, and Building departments will utilize the more user-friendly, Web-based system to track and manage a wide range of land-use activities, including those related to enforcement of public health laws, ordinances, and regulations. Because Accela Automation enables consolidation of multiple databases into one centralized database, users in those departments will be able to streamline processes and improve efficiencies in delivering critical services to citizens.
